HERBAX SHIPPING POLICY
At Herbax our goal is to offer you the best shipping options for your invaluable Herbax Products, no matter where you live as long as it is within the United States; since we have operating licenses in all 50 states. Every day we will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, making sure to provide you with the highest levels of responsibility at all times.

1. SHIPPING ACTIONS
Herbax provides for your convenience Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery service. We use three different parcel carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Our shipping department selects the company that we know will be the fastest to deliver your items. Shipping can be by air or ground according to the area we are shipping.

2. SHIPPING COST
The cost of shipping and delivery will be charged to the “INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR” unless otherwise stated by HERBAX.
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery (Standard Package). Leaving the package at your doorstep $9.00
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery (Standard Package). Signature package delivery upon delivery $12.00
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery (Commercial Package with $1,000-$1,499 product value). Signature package delivery upon delivery $50
• Domestic Priority Mail 3 day delivery (Commercial Package with $1,500 or more in product value). Signature package delivery upon delivery $100

3. HANDLING TIME AND PACKAGE DELIVERY
Delivery time under normal conditions takes 3 to 5 business days. In atypical times such as federal holidays, weather disasters, pandemics, etc. delivery times can vary considerably.
From the time your order is taken by our agents at any of our facilities, until your order is sent by any of our parcel services, it is as follows:
• Monday to Friday: Orders received by 3:00 PM we guarantee same day shipping.
• Saturdays: Orders received until 10:00 AM. We guarantee same day shipping; the rest of the orders until the next business day.
• We do not ship on federal non-business holidays until the next business day.
• In cases unrelated to Herbax due to a failure in the system of our suppliers, you will be notified in advance or at the time of purchase.

4. RESTRICTIONS
PURCHASES MADE AT Herbax USA can only be shipped to an address within the United States and Puerto Rico.
